The Hornell Area Arts Council is proud to present a six-week oil painting course at the Hornell Area Arts Center, 20 Broadway Street, Hornell.

Classes will be held on March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, and April 5 from 7:00PM to 8:30PM.

Participants will be introduced to the basics of oil painting and some advance techniques enabling them to complete a 12″ x 18″ piece. Instructor Jamie Kull is currently employed at Hornell Senior High School as an art teacher. Jamie received his art degree from Buffalo State College and specializes in oil painting, drawing, photography, and computer graphics.

The cost for all six classes is $40 per person,

If you are able to bring your own oil paints and brushes the cost will be reduced to only $30. Participants may also want to bring their own cleaning rags.
