Hornell Area Arts Council is dedicated to creating, promoting and presenting arts opportunities in Hornell and the greater Hornell Area.

This is a very exciting time for the organization; we are meeting new faces, adding new friends and increasing the membership of our new arts registry every week. We’ll soon be rolling out new membership levels, new classes, new events, new exhibitions and new performances.
